Sour - Fruited • 6% ABV | 8 IBU | Morgan Territory Brewing | Tracy, CA • Glorious is a fruit driven beer that brings select seasonal produce and kettle soured beer into harmony. Glorious is a celebration of the marriage of fruit and beer with enticing tropical aromas and refreshing malt derived acidity. Generous amounts of malted oats and soft winter wheat provide a smooth mouthfeel that interacts well with the luscious character of Peach and Pineapple.

Sour - Other • 4% ABV | Altamont Beer Works | Livermore, CA • Looking for that something a little fruity and a little sour? Made with the new Sourvisiae yeast, which produces lactic acid during fermentation, this Sour Ale has been fruited with pomegranate. The sweet notes from the pomegranate pair well with the tart undertones of the beer, with a dry and fruity finish.

Sour - Other • 5.5% ABV | Alvarado Street Brewery | Monterey, CA • Passionfruit, Orange & Guava kettle sour ale. Same recipe, same POG-juice combo since 2015! Recent Silver medal winner at the 2024 World Beer Cup for American-Style Sour Ale & 2020 Great American Beer Festival in the Contemporary Gose category.

Pilsner - Other • 5% ABV | Fieldwork® Brewing Company | Berkeley, CA • There's no way around it; the American Pilsner has long been the Stephen Baldwin of the Pilsner world, which is unfair because Bio Dome was awesome, and so have many American Pilsners over the last couple hundred of years. Hills & Valleys was designed to be the everyday American Pils that we want to crush; whether at the beach, on a hike, or simply on the couch watching Bio Dome for the 100th time, Hills & Valleys is respectably low in ABV, effervescent and spritzy, with a mellow profile of American Pilsner malt and a lovely and delicate hop aroma. While nowhere near what we would describe as "hoppy," on top of the mild graininess, there are noticeable layers of honey, lavender, melon rind, and wild-flower blossoms. The perfect example that not every beer needs to be over-the-top and a juggernaut of in-your-face flavors, Hills & Valleys is the perfect melding of refinement and execution, just like Stephen Baldwin.

Blonde • 4.8% ABV | Karl Strauss Brewing Company | San Diego, CA • A refreshing Blonde Ale with light hop aromas and a clean, malty finish. Bright and crisp, this beer hits the spot 365 days a year.

Pale Ale - Belgian • 5.8% ABV | Fieldwork® Brewing Company | Berkeley, CA • To say everyone has been reevaluating things over the last couple of years would be an understatement, and we'd be no different. Our passion for Belgian Ales and European Lagers has always been central to what we do, but we finally found time to reimagine what we can and want to do it. Olyvia is the first of these beers to hit our packaging line. Our take on a true classic, Olyvia is simple but void of cut corners. Its ingredient list is simple; the best Pale Ale malt Belgium has to offer, a light dusting of two of the most classic European noble hops ever, and our favorite Trappist yeast to produce notes of pear, apple, banana, cherry, plum, lemon, and hints of pepper and biscuit. While often playing second fiddle to the more popular Belgian Golden Strong Pale Ales, the simple Belgian Pale Ale is maybe one of the greatest beer styles in history, popping off all of the same esters and flavors that Belgium made famous but more sessionable.

Pilsner - Other • 5.6% ABV | 48 IBU | Barebottle Brewing Company | San Francisco, CA • The quintessential West Coast hop combination of Simcoe and Mosaic come together in this Sticky Icky West Coast Pilsner.

Pale Ale - New England • 5.8% ABV | Ghost Town Brewing | Oakland, CA

IPA - American • 6.5% ABV | Altamont Beer Works | Livermore, CA • A more tropical approach to your “West Coast” style IPA; Maui Waui has proven to be one of our more popular beers! This single malt IPA is light in color and body; with a soft bitterness. The Mosaic and Citra hops give strong aromas and flavors of guava, pineapple, and mango.

IPA - American • 6.7% ABV | New Glory Craft Brewery | Sacramento, CA • We collabed with our awesome friends at Altamont Beer Works. We loaded this IPA with Nelson, Mosaic, and YQH 1320 hops. Pilsner malt lets these hops shine! They provide this beer with diesel dankness up front, and pleasant notes of pineapple and guava on the backbone. It finishes with snappy citrus zest hop flavors. It’s madness I tell you!

IPA - New England • 6.4% ABV | Ghost Town Brewing | Oakland, CA

IPA - New England • 6.6% ABV | Fieldwork® Brewing Company | Berkeley, CA • It takes a special hop to stand alone without others sharing the spotlight. Galaxy has been firing consistently for the last two years, bringing sweet pineapple, dried apricot, and lemongrass notes, which made it an often unobtainable aromatic juggernaut of the late aughts. We're stoked every time we're able to bring Galaxy Juice out for everyone to enjoy. Another juice bomb from our series of hazy Northeastern IPAs, Galaxy Juice is a Waimea-sized pineapple wave. The aroma rolls slowly, surging forward with its trademark notes of fresh pineapple. As you pull your glass to your mouth and take a gulp, Galaxy Juice crashes down with copious amounts of body and bright tropical hop flavors. It's rare to get a single-hop hazy to have this much complexity but melded in there with a light candy-like sweetness and beautiful golden hue is an ocean of southern hemisphere flavors of pineapple chunks, apricot preserves, Lemonheads, guava, and Buddha's hand. Its hazy appearance, sticky mouthfeel, and fresh from the fields of Hawaii flavors make it an IPA that is in the styling of our favorite Northeast breweries with a profile that James Dole would approve. IPA - New England • 6.8% ABV | 70 IBU | Cellarmaker Brewing Company | Oakland, CA • The two most potent hops of the Southern Hemisphere collide in this sticky and tropical haze bomb. Galaxy brings the heat with huge tangerine flesh and passion fruit aromas while Nelson fills it out with pineapple and incredibly delectable white wine grape notes. A winning combination in all of the multiverses.

IPA - American • 6.5% ABV | 30 IBU | Barebottle Brewing Company | San Francisco, CA • It's said that Unicorns had special powers to make water drinkable -- and we absolutely agree, Unicorn Dust is unconscionably smooth. Brewed with rainbow Mosaic hops giving notes of peach, blueberry, tangerine, and papaya.

IPA - Rye • 7.2% ABV | 35 IBU | Other Brother Beer Co. | Seaside, CA • Sunbelt Hazy IPA. This juicy, fruit grenade explodes with citrus and red berry aroma, care of a haughty dry hop of Amarillo and Mosaic, with flavors reminiscent of lemon PEZ finishing out the back end. A hybrid lager-ale Kolsch yeast strain from Imperial Yeast delivers shining apricot and almond flavors. Sunbelt was brewed with rye and oats for a bright spiciness and velvety mouthfeel, complemented by a light touch of smooth, fleeting bitterness.

Stout - American • 8.5% ABV | 53 IBU | Epidemic Ales | Concord, CA • Our bittersweet chocolate stout meets smooth (not too sweet) peanut butter & the result is all kinds of nutty, but nice.

Stout - Milk • 5.8% ABV | Barebottle Brewing Company | San Francisco, CA • A nitro petite pastry stout double-stuffed with 115 lbsof cacao nibs, vanilla beans and milk sugar. Perfect for dunking and sharing.

IPA - New England • 6.8% ABV | 35 IBU | South Lake Brewing Company | South Lake Tahoe, CA • The Fog Nozzle, with a 6.8% ABV and 35 IBU, is our New England style IPA fermented with an expressive yeast and hopped to the gills with Mosaic, Ekuanot, Simcoe, and Azacca hops. Notes of oatmeal with apricot preserves, pineapple, mango orange juice, and a hint of coniferous forest, make this beer a real treat to quaff.

Porter - American • 7% ABV | HenHouse Brewing Company | Santa Rosa, CA • Life is complicated; this beer is not. Enjoy the simplicity of a dark, rich, nourishing porter. Smooth and creamy, with lots of German chocolate cake action, a touch of soy sauce, and infinite relaxation.

IPA - American • 7.2% ABV | HenHouse Brewing Company | Santa Rosa, CA • In Theory beers are pushing the envelope of aromatic technology! With Fish Don’t Exist, we used M. Reukaufii yeast found in local flowers to unlock even more pineapple and lemon peel aroma from all the Galaxy and Citra hops we poured into the brew. Oxloads of oats silk-ify the body, making this beer a hot choice among hop-heads. Is it a “Hazy”? Is it a “NEIPA”? Don’t stress over labels, it’s a delicious beer, and that’s the only classification that matters!
